Jake Redden CEO, Gohesive
Client relations & business development  ·  Tokyo

Built for the parts you can't get wrong.

Rosters, invoices, consent, attendance. The systems an organisation cannot afford to have fail, and cannot afford to explain away. I'm Jake Redden, CEO at Gohesive. I came up through design, so I build these around the people using them at half past eight on a Monday.

Featured work

Seven systems, as they really look.

Every screen below is a capture of the software itself, running on invented data. Nothing here is a mock-up or an artist's impression. Client names, logos and people stay masked unless that client is happy to be named. Open one and it runs, on the screen it was built for.

How I work

What I will and won't do with what you hand me.

Your data stays yours I work inside your systems and your accounts. Nothing is copied to mine to make my life easier, and nothing follows me to the next client.
Nothing real ends up in a demo Every screen on this page runs on invented names and invented figures. The records of the people you are responsible for stay in your systems, not in my portfolio.
Money is shown, never netted Where there's a correction or a credit it appears as its own line beside the total. Folding it into one figure is how trust in a system quietly goes.
One person owns it The person you talk to is the person who designs it. No handover to a delivery team who weren't in the room when you explained the problem.
Get in touch

Tell me what's costing your people their mornings.

One call is usually enough to tell whether I am the right person for it. If I am not, I will say so and point you at who is.

I name a client only once they are happy to be named. References on request. I build alongside Daniel Richardson, my business partner at Gohesive.
